Our individual therapy sessions are designed to provide you with a confidential and safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings and work towards a better understanding of yourself. Couples Therapy

We understand the importance of healthy communication and trust in a relationship. Our couples therapy is designed to give you the personalised approach you need to create a loving and supportive environment for you and your partner. Initial Consultation

At Nailsworth Counselling, we understand that taking the first step to seeking help can be difficult, which is why we offer a free introductory call with no pressure or commitment. During this call, we'll explore what therapy could look like and any questions will be answered for you. Together we can decide what's best to meet your individual needs.
